Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a full refund for unwanted goods with notification within 7 days and return with 14 days. Please email hello@printerjohnson.com with the details of your order and what you would like to return.

Please note:
We do not cover the delivery cost of returned goods
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition
We do not accept returns for our Christmas collections 
Once we have received the returned goods we aim to process your refund within 14 days

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If your goods are damaged in transit, are faulty or your order is incorrect please get in touch. We will provide a full refund and cover the cost of returning damaged/faulty goods if required. Please email hello@printerjohnson.com with details of the damaged, faulty or missing items for further instructions.
