Tell us about yourself!
I am an illustrator living in North East London, where I have been based ever since moving down from Edinburgh where I studied illustration for 4 years. In 2022 I spent the summer learning about the art of letterpress printing. Since then I have developed my printing skills and have enjoyed experimenting with linocut.
I was raised by creative parents so I have been making and surrounded by art all my life. I draw inspiration from nature and folklore, creating designs with narrative elements that have an emphasis on colour and pattern like compositions. I enjoy a mixture of working in 2D and 3D using paper as my primary material.

Where do you work? Where is your studio? What do you love about it?
I work from my home studio which I love because of the evening sun that falls right over my desk. I am a bit of an owl so I enjoy working late in the day, working from home means I can do this comfortably and have my flatmate to chat with while I work.
What do you get up to when you aren’t illustrating or designing?
I love waking up and having an early morning swim at Hampstead Heath. I also enjoy walking along the canal paths throughout London, and when I can, getting out of the city for some hiking, especially heading up to Scotland.
Most frequently played tune in the studio?
It so depends on my mood! But at the moment I am loving Frazey Ford and Sufjan Stevens.
