Refunds and returns

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a full refund or exchange for unwanted goods with notification within 7 days and return with 14 days. Please email hellovicki@live.co.uk with the details of your order, what you would like to return and how you would like your refund issued.

We do not cover the delivery cost of returned goods
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition 
Once we have received the returned goods we aim to process your refund within 14 days 
 

If your goods arrive damaged we will provide a full refund and cover the cost of returning the goods if received within 28 days.
